How long does shipping typically take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other regions across India.

Are your products organic and preservative-free?

We prioritize clean labels. While not every product is certified organic, a vast majority are sourced naturally and are free from artificial preservatives and additives.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of food, we only accept returns for items that are received damaged, expired, or incorrect. Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship exclusively within India. However, we are working on expanding our reach to international gourmet food enthusiasts soon.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
